Why work with me?

I'm a Nutritional Therapist and Pharmacist with more than 20 years of experience supporting people's health and wellbeing.
 
My passion for nutrition grew from both my professional experience and my own health journey. I know first-hand how transformative the right nutrition and lifestyle support can be, and how important it is to look beyond simply managing symptoms.
 
I created my practice because I saw so many women who felt unheard, frustrated and unsure where to turn next. Too often, they were told everything was "normal", while continuing to struggle with symptoms that affected their everyday lives. 

 

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all plans.

 

I don't believe symptoms should simply be accepted.

 

I believe your health story deserves time, curiosity and a personalised approach.


Today, I help women uncover the root causes of their symptoms through personalised nutrition, lifestyle support and, where appropriate, functional testing.

 

My aim is to help you better understand your body, make realistic and sustainable changes, and feel like yourself again.

My approach is different.

As a nutritional therapist for women over 35 and a pharmacist, I take the time to understand your whole health story.

Together, we'll look at the bigger picture, including your gut health, hormones, nutrition, lifestyle, stress, sleep, medical history and any medications, to create a personalised plan that's tailored specifically to you.

Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, every recommendation is based on your unique needs and health goals.

Where appropriate, I may recommend functional testing to provide deeper insights into areas such as gut health, women's hormones or nutrient status. This helps us make informed, evidence-based decisions and personalise your nutrition and lifestyle plan with greater confidence.
